The festival is located on the south side of Sloans Lake Park at 17th and Utica St. Enjoy meeting local and national artists under the big shade trees, as they display their original fine arts and crafts. Art, music, delicious foods, The Creation Station for All ages, and face painting - family fun on the clean, cool grass lawns at Sloans Lake with the stunning view of a 177 acre recreation lake.
