The South Gaylord Festival Series invites you to participate in our Memorial Weekend Festival. It's our kick-off to summer celebration! The festival will be held on Sunday, May 26 from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Monday, May 27th from 10 AM to 4 PM, on the 1000 block of South Gaylord Street. The Festival Series has a long history of bringing together the local community and purveyors of fine products to celebrate this wonderful historic neighborhood in Washington Park. We think you'll find this festival to be a worthwhile endeavor, as average attendance is around 4,000 people!

The South Gaylord Festival Series wishes to highlight a wide array of locally made products, and all types of vendors are welcome to apply. Please be as detailed as possible in your description of goods that you intend to sell, as well as any creative booth layouts or details that will set you apart from other vendors. Space for vendors is limited, so we ask that you submit your application no later than February 28th. You will be notified if you have been selected as a vendor no later than March 15th. Applications received after the application deadline will be evaluated on remaining available spaces. Upon notification of your acceptance, you will be sent an invoice for your vendor fees. Fees must be paid within 10 days, or your space will be forfeited.
