| Description: | The inaugural Art on the Green fine art festival will come to historic downtown Lyons, Colorado, on July 12-13, 2014. Eighty (80) intriguing artisans will fill Sandstone Park with their creative and original artwork. 25% of the proceeds from Art on the Green benefit the Lyons Community Foundation. The most talented and engaging artists from around the country have been invited to display their paintings, printmaking, photography, fiber, wood, jewelry, metal sculpture and so much more. That means, there's something for everyone, and Art on the Green will certainly shine with this great group of artisans. Shoppers will be wowed by all the dynamic and original works. The two-day festival will run Saturday, 10 a.m. â 6 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. â 5p.m. Art on the Green, an N2B2 LLC production, is excited to have the opportunity to create a yearly celebration of the arts in Lyons. This event will highlight the vibrant arts community, and provide visitors a chance to take part in Lyons' renaissance following the September flooding.
