| Description: | Save the date for Festival 38 on Saturday, August 4, 2012. The Entertainment Lineup in 2012 includes the fabulous sounds of Wide Open, Hot Lunch, and The Moses Jones Band. Don't miss this opportunity to see and hear these hot groups! We will also have the dynamic and fun Zumba dancers ready to get you revved up for the day! Experience the learning opportunities for hydroponic farming provided by one of our member organizations, Chlorophyll, and see the children create Festival Hats at the interactive booth for the Navajo Street Arts District! Festival 38 is an event intended to celebrate the growth and development of the W. 38th Ave business corridor and its adjoining neighborhoods. Expected attendance at this one-day family event is expected to be over 5,000 people! Over 300 businesses are located between Fox Street and Sheridan Boulevard, and the population of the area exceeds 40,000 people. | ||
